| Judicial officers from across the state, as well as here in Hamilton County, will meet with nearly 4,500 students and civic group members to celebrate Constitution Day this month. Indiana courts commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787, with a program that brings judges into schools and out into their communities. The following judges are visiting schools sometime around Constitution Day: Commissioner Christopher Barrows and Judge Andrew Bloch at Westfield Washington Middle School; Judge Alicia Gooden (Marion County) at Fishers High School; Judge David Najjar at Geist Montessori Academy; and Magistrate Sarah Shields at Geist Elementary School and LeafSpring School at Geist. |
