2 NFD Firefighters Earn Investigator Credentials

The Noblesville Fire Department is proud to recognize Division Chief Todd Estes and Lieutenant Dan Milligan for their recent accomplishments in the field of fire investigation.

Both Chief Estes and Lt. Milligan have earned the Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator credential through the National Association of Fire Investigators. In addition, Lt. Milligan successfully tested for and achieved his Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator credential this week. Chief Estes previously earned his CFEI in December 2024.

Both Chief Estes and Lt. Milligan also hold their Fire Investigator Technician (FIT) credential through the International Association of Arson Investigators, with Chief Estes additionally earning his IAAI Vehicle Fire Endorsement.
