MEETING NOTICE
Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-5 the Hamilton County Council will meet in Executive Session at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in Conference Room 1A in the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville, Indiana 46060 for discussion concerning Litigation pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The City of Noblesville Common Council and Board of Public Works and Safety will hold regular meetings on the following dates in 2026. The Board of Public Works and Safety meets at 9:00 a.m. and the Common Council meets at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Regular meetings are held in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 16 S. 10th Street, Noblesville, IN.

January Meeting Date, Time, & Location Change
Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-5 (a) The Hamilton County Board of Commissioners will meet on Friday, January 9, 2026, at the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center, Conference Room 1A, One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville, Indiana. The meeting will begin with Executive Session at 9:00 am for Implementation of Security Systems IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(C), Purchase or Lease of Real Estate IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D), Discussion of Pending Litigation IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B), and Discussion of Personnel Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7). with the public session to immediately follow the Executive Session.
