Notice is hereby given of the hearing of the Hamilton County Drainage
Board concerning the reconstruction of the Stephenson-Compton
Drain, Eastwood Village Reconstruction2 on February 9, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.
in Commissioners Court, Hamilton County Judicial Center, One Hamilton
County Square, Noblesville, Indiana. Construction and maintenance
reports of the Surveyor and the Schedule of Assessments proposed by
the Drainage Board have been filed and are available for public inspection
in the office of the Hamilton County Surveyor.
Notice is hereby given of the hearing of the Hamilton County Drainage
Board on the Williams Creek, O.F. Henley, Baker Village Arm on
February 9, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. in Commissioners Court, Hamilton
County Judicial Center, One Hamilton County Square, Noblesville,
Indiana, and which construction and maintenance reports of the
Surveyor and the Schedule of Assessments made by the Drainage
Board have been filed and are available for public inspection in the
office of the Hamilton County Surveyor.
Notice is hereby given of the hearing of the Hamilton County Drainage
Board on the George Beam, George Symonds Arm 3 & Harry Herr
Drains– Special Assessment on February 9, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. in
Commissioners Court, Hamilton County Judicial Center, One Hamilton
County Square, Noblesville, Indiana, and which construction and main-
tenance reports of the Surveyor and the Schedule of Assessments made
by the Drainage Board have been filed and are available for public
inspection in the office of the Hamilton County Surveyor.
Notice is hereby given that a petition to vacate has been received by the
Hamilton County Surveyor for the Mud Creek/Sand Creek Drain #347,
Exit Ten Drain, Deer Creek Industrial Park Arm, Partial Vacation,
Saxony Commercial District between Structures 314 and 816 and that
a hearing is scheduled for February 9, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. on that request.
Objections to the VACATION of the drain must be filed in writing not less
than (5) days before the date of the hearing.
The Board will consider whether the drain performs the function for which
it was designed and constructed; whether the expense of maintenance
outweighs the benefits to be derived therefrom, and whether the abandon-
ment thereof will not be detrimental to the public welfare.
Notice is hereby given of the hearing of the Hamilton County Drainage
Board concerning the reconstruction of the Cool Creek Drain, H.G.
Kenyon Arm, Cielo Ranch Section 2 on February 9, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.
in Commissioners Court, Hamilton County Judicial Center, One Hamilton
County Square, Noblesville, Indiana. Construction and maintenance
reports of the Surveyor and the Schedule of Assessments proposed by
the Drainage Board have been filed and are available for public inspection
in the office of the Hamilton County Surveyor.
