The Board of Trustees will convene in executive session for the following purposes, as permitted by Indiana law:

• Strategic discussions permitted under IC § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2);

• Discussions of competitive marketing strategies permitted under IC § 16-22-3-28(C)(3); and

• Engagement in strategic planning under IC § 16-22-3-28(C)(4).

No final action will be taken during the executive session.
